Executive Coaching Certification

Created through partnership with Sherpa Coaching, LLC, participants will master the six-phase "Sherpa" coaching processes and learn the skills and techniques to enable other to achieve professional success. Appropriate for HR line and staff professionals or others responsible for developmental coaching in both public and private organizations. An Executive Coaching Certification is granted upon successful completion of the program.
