Program Details
Our programs are expertly designed to ensure a valuable development experience. Class size is limited to allow for close, personal interaction between executives and faculty. Participants are carefully selected according to level of responsibility, years and variety of experience, and developmental focus. Our programs require full-time residence, active class participation, and attendance at all scheduled sessions.
Open-enrollment programs run approximately four days to one week in length. Some are offered twice yearly (spring and fall). The program fee includes all instructional materials, private room accommodations, all meals, and access to recreational areas. Participants stay at the picturesque Nittany Lion Inn or the elegant Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. Dress is business casual.

One of the biggest advantages of participating in a Penn State Executive Program is the opportunity to interact with other professionals from a wide range of industries and organizational dynamics. You'll work side-by-side with other executives who wrestle with the same kind of business issues you face every day. Time spent hearing how peers and practitioners solve their own business problems is invaluable.
At the end of a full day of learning, participants have time to attend athletic events, enjoy the charm and culture of a historic university town, or prepare for the next day's agenda.
