We are committed to helping participants achieve their greatest potential. We fulfill this commitment through a focus on your development before, during, and after the program.

Pre-work prepares you to immediately engage in content and learning at program start. Survey instruments permit the use of real-time data to address current organizational situations. Coaching and the use of other tools allow for deeper assimilation and creation of behavioral action plans.

We utilize a rather unique delivery format whereby applicability is a focal component. Instead of a case-driven method, the faculty "leader" presents a concept around a topic, giving examples of how they see organizations around the world applying these concepts now, and then working to have each participant understand how the model applies to their own company.  The mental energy is spent on application and what that means in terms of leadership behavior.

Opportunities to network with and be coached by faculty experts as well as fellow participants expands the exchange of new ideas and deepens relationships.  Many participants consider this one of the most valuable facets of their experience at Penn State.
