Personal Commitment

We are committed to helping executives achieve their greatest potential. We fulfill this commitment through a focus on customer service and by keeping our programs small to allow for one on one interaction and problem solving.

Similarly, we ask executives attending the program to give their full personal commitment. Our programs require full-time residence, active class participation, and attendance at all scheduled sessions, so the value of the educational experience is directly related to the level of that commitment.

We truly understand the pressures of today's environment and the prevalence of e-mail and cellular phones. However, we expect participants to be as free as possible from corporate and family responsibilities during the course of the program.
