Program Details

We are committed to helping executives achieve their greatest potential. Class size is limited to allow for close, personal interaction between executives and faculty. Participants are carefully selected according to level of responsibility, years and variety of experience, and developmental focus. Our programs require full-time residence, active class participation, and attendance at all scheduled sessions.

Open enrollment programs run approximately four days to one week in length, with exception of the Executive Management Program which runs two weeks. Some are offered twice a year-in the spring and again in fall. The program fee includes all instructional materials, private room accommodations, all meals, and access to recreational areas. Participants stay at the picturesque Nittany Lion Inn or the elegant Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. Dress is corporate casual.

Building Bridges through Collegiality

One of the biggest advantages of participating in Penn State Executive Programs is the international class of participants you will interact with while you are here. Our programs attract executives from a wide range of industries and cultures. Because much of the program content centers on global economies, opportunities for executives from other cultures to share how they solve business problems are invaluable. You'll work side-by-side with peers who wrestle with the same kind of business issues you do an ocean away.

At the end of a full day of learning, Executive Programs arranges social outings that provide opportunities for participants to form their own friendships. After hours, students have time to attend athletic events, enjoy the charm and culture of a historic university town, or prepare for the next day's agenda.
