The focus of the engagement was to prepare leaders to succeed in the context of the competitive business environment by building common language and frameworks and new behaviors required to distinguish the organization, develop collaborative client solutions and drive profitable growth using consumer analytics as a competitive differentiator.
Managerial Effectiveness and Strategic Leadership
Penn State Executive Programs has been working with one of the world's largest non-profits since 2005 to ensure consistent and effective organizational leadership now and into the future. We collaborated with the client in creating a comprehensive development pipeline program that provides talented high-potentials with the competencies and skills to assume positions of greater responsibility. The results have been many, including greater employee retention and promotions of program participants into senior positions. Supply Chain Leadership and Innovation
Penn State Executive Programs earned its fourth Gold Award from Chief Learning Officer in 2015 for its academic partnership with one of the world's largest and most successful petrochemical manufacturers. Established to boost in-house development programs and accelerate career development, the initiative began with a performance assessment of the supply chain organization. This led to the creation and implementation of an organization-wide learning architecture built around an Applied Learning model that uses cross-functional projects and coaching to help teams to realize significant business improvement opportunities.
