Paul M. Avampato is currently the Vice President, Distribution for Kraft Foods North America. In this role Paul is responsible for the execution of Kraft's distribution activities and the development of long-term strategies for both the warehouse delivered and the direct store delivery networks. In Paul's most recent role he lead the direct store delivery operations for the Biscuit and Pizza sectors of Kraft.
Paul started his career with Nabisco Brands, Inc. in 1982. Throughout his 22 years with Nabisco and now Kraft, Paul has held various positions in both corporate headquarters and field operations, including senior roles in customer service, transportation, distribution and inventory management.
Paul is a 1982 Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University in Business Logistics. He lives in Libertyville, IL with his wife Joanne, son Daniel, and daughters Anna and Maggie. Paul is a member of both CLM and WERC.
