- 50 years in business (founded in 1954; first program in 1956) Was the first national institution to offer training in executive and organizational development.
- Consistently ranked in the top 25 among other providers nationally and internationally
- Consistently ranked as "outstanding" by participants (junior, middle and senior-level managers and executives). High value per dollar.
- Utilizes worldwide faculty network and the very best of Smeal. List of 48 faculty includes two of the top 10 executive coaches, the "father" of supply chain management, a Goldman Sachs fellow in finance, and the top business-to-business marketer. We strive for a mix of industry, consulting, academia to provide the best in research and real-world practices
- Programs are delivered on-campus or off-campus - Typical class length is 5 days
- Approximately 1,100 executives pass various open and custom programs each year representing 150 private, public, and government organizations.
