This session features recent graduates from the Smeal College of Business who have successfully navigated this transition. Join us for a conversation about how to enhance your professional image, master effective communication skills, and earn a competitive position in the workplace during these critical first years.

Whether you are a recent graduate or have been in the workplace for years, the current economic climate is something that is beginning to affect every household in America.  It is important to understand the recession, as well as strategies for overcoming the challenges it may bring to your career, business, and life.  This panel session on the economy will focus on the current situation and how it affects different industries.  The panelists will discuss how it has affected their businesses, as well as how America fell into a recession and where we go from here.
