Corporate Associate Program

All across the country, business schools and corporations are developing partnerships. These alliances take many forms, but all share the characteristics of being multifaceted, long lasting, and strategic. The Corporate Associate Program helps companies create a corporate presence at Penn State, specifically within the Smeal College of Business. Having visibility in our environment increases a firm's ability to explore human resource potential (our 5,200 undergraduate students), develop relationships with members of our faculty and staff, and create vital linkages with one of the major academic institutions in the world.

The Career and Corporate Services Program consists of companies who are interested in recruiting our students. These companies contribute thousands of dollars annually in support of a variety of programs at Smeal including: unrestricted support of the school, scholarship assistance, research funds, special gifts, and sponsorship of many student and professional development activities.

Our Corporate Associates are given first preference to become involved with the dynamic and diverse Smeal College experience as guest speakers in class or for student events, participants in case studies, advisory board members, supporters of student activities, and recruiters of students. Corporate Associates have the opportunity to interact with our world-class faculty and outstanding students as they prepare to accept the leadership reins of tomorrow's business world.
