UNIVERSITY PARK, PA (July 1, 2007) – Penn State's Smeal College of Business has awarded promotions and tenure to several faculty members, effective today.
From associate professor to full professor: Orie Barron, professor of accounting; and Rajdeep Grewal, professor of marketing.
From assistant professor to associate professor with tenure: Daniel Cahoy, associate professor of business law; Min Ding, associate professor of marketing; Henock Louis, associate professor of accounting; and Michelle Lowry, associate professor of finance.
Smeal's internationally ranked faculty consists of some of the world's leading business scholars. They conduct innovative, relevant research and take an active role in the classroom. Smeal faculty members are regularly published in the top academic journals and have earned countless awards and honors for excellence in both teaching and research.
