A director from the National Science Foundation will visit Penn State this month to discuss research partnering opportunities with faculty from the Smeal College of Business and the Marcus Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering. NSF Director Available To Discuss Research Opportunities With FacultyUNIVERSITY PARK, PA (February 6, 2008) – A director from the National Science Foundation will visit Penn State this month to discuss research partnering opportunities with faculty from the Smeal College of Business and the Marcus Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering. On Feb. 18, Cerry Klein, NSF program director, will deliver an interactive talk entitled "Service Enterprises: Opportunities and Direction." The discussion will start at 4 p.m. in 215 Business Building. Klein will also be available for individual meetings with business and industrial engineering faculty members on Feb. 18 and 19.
