The Career Services team maintains and manages relationships with a broad range of businesses and corporations. As part of this effort, your resume is made available to these organizations.
Job postings and recruiting activities for the program are managed using Symplicity. As a Penn State Smeal MBA student, you will have access to these job postings and be able submit your resume for them as well as the ability to schedule your interviews using Symplicity directly from your personal computer.

This is a service of Penn State's Division of Student Affairs, providing a variety of career assistance and guidance tools. This organization also runs university-wide career fairs in which MBA students may participate.
