Learn Your Leadership Style

You want to learn and improve your business and leadership knowledge and skills. That is why you are pursuing an MBA. But where do you start? Do you know your own leadership style? Would your former boss, colleagues, subordinates, and customers agree with you? Would you like to know what they really thought?

In the Smeal MBA, you’ll use a 360 degree multi-rater feedback assessment to uncover and identify how others perceive your leadership style. You’ll learn your strengths and weaknesses from your peers, former supervisors and direct reports, as well as from your own self-evaluation. You’ll then work with an executive coach and your alumni mentors to develop a plan of action to build on strengths and improve weaknesses.
