Dr. Keith Crocker William Elliott Chaired Professor of Insurance and Risk Management Insurance and Real Estate Department Crocker is a former Federal Trade Commission economist and has served as an expert witness in cases involving antitrust and insurance concerns. Before joining Smeal, Crocker was a member of the faculty at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. |

Dr. Wayne DeSarbo Smeal Chaired Professor of Marketing Marketing Department DeSarbo has expertise in multidimensional scaling, classification, and multivariate statistics as they relate to marketing problems. DeSarbo has held similar chaired professorships at Wharton and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and he has served as a consultant for firms such as AT&T, Pfizer, and Motorola. |

Schreyer Chair in Global Management, Policies, and Planning Director of the Center for Global Business Studies Finance Department Ghadar has expertise in global corporate strategy and implementation, international finance and banking, and global economic assessment. Ghadar, one of BusinessWeek's "Top 100 Stars of Finance," was a recipient of AT&T's prestigious 5.0 award for teaching excellence. |

Dr. Dennis Gioia Professor of Organizational Behavior Management and Organization Department Gioia has expertise in the cognitive processes involved in organizational decision making; executive interpretation processes during strategic change efforts; the role of organizational identity, image, and emulation; and employee and executive appraisal processes. Earlier in his career, Gioia worked as an engineer for Boeing Aerospace during the Apollo lunar program and for Ford Motor Company. |

Dr. Barbara Gray Professor of Organizational Behavior Director of the Center for Research in Conflict and Negotiation Management and Organization Department Gray has expertise in the areas of conflict and negotiation, public/private partnerships, environmental and diversity-related disputes, inter-organizational relations, and team conflict. Gray has served as a visiting scholar at the Harvard Law School. |

Dr. Donald Hambrick Smeal Chaired Professor of Management Management and Organization Department Hambrick has expertise in strategy formulation and implementation, CEOs and top management teams, corporate governance, and executive leadership. His book, "Navigating Change: How CEOs, Top Teams, and Boards Steer Transformation," presents leading-edge thinking for leaders who are embarking on corporate change initiatives. He is the former president of the Academy of Management. |

Dr. Terry Harrison Professor of Supply Chain and Information Systems Research Director of the Center for Supply Chain Research Harrison has expertise in the areas of supply chain modeling, large-scale production and distribution systems, decision support systems, and the management of renewable natural resources. Harrison serves as a key liaison for the college in its ongoing supply chain consulting relationships with the U.S. military. |

Dr. Gary Lilien Distinguished Professor of Management Science Research Director for the Institute for the Study of Business Markets Management and Organization Department Lilien has expertise in market segmentation, new product modeling, bargaining and negotiations in business markets, and innovation diffusion modeling. He is also one of the founders of marketing engineering, a process that shifts marketing from opinions-driven to data-driven decision making. |

Dr. Chris Muscarella Professor of Finance L.W. “Roy” and Mary Lois Clark Faculty Teaching Fellow Finance Department Muscarella has expertise in corporate finance, initial public offerings, limited partnerships, patents, and venture capital. Prior to coming to Penn State, Muscarella was a senior financial economist with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he focused on insider trading cases and public policy issues. |

Dr. Tim Pollock Associate Professor of Management Management and Organization Department Pollock has expertise in the areas of initial public offerings, the social construction of markets, corporate governance, executive compensation, and managerial cognition and strategic choice. Pollock is a past recipient of the Mabel C. Chipman Award for Teaching Excellence at the University of Wisconsin, where he was a member of the faculty before joining Smeal. |

Dr. Dennis Sheehan Louis and Virginia Benzak Professor of Finance Associate Dean of MBA Programs Finance Department Sheehan has expertise in finance and statistics with research on the extent and function of managerial stock ownership, the role of active shareholders in monitoring the firm, and the pricing of seasoned equity offerings by investment banks. Sheehan has also taught at Purdue University, the University of Chicago, and the University of Rochester. |

Dr. Linda Klebe Trevino Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior and Ethics Management and Organization Department Trevino has expertise in the management of ethical conduct in organizations, organizational justice and diversity, discipline, downsizing, and ethical leadership. She co-authored the textbook “Managing Business Ethics; Straight Talk About How to Do it Right,” which is in its fourth edition. |

A former active duty officer in the Air Force, Tyworth has consulting experience with major companies in the railroad, trucking, air cargo, food products, forest products, wire and cable, offshore rig/platform supply, and information technology industries. |

Dr. Anthony C. Warren Farrell Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship Director of the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Warren has expertise in venture capital, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Warren spent much of his career with the international consulting firm PA Technology. During a period of more than 17 years he grew international revenues for the United Kingdom-based firm to more than $50 million while also consulting with many of the world's largest corporations on managing creativity and accelerating product development. |

Dr. J. Randall Woolridge Professor of Finance Finance Department Woolridge is the Goldman Sachs and Co. and Frank P. Smeal Endowed University Fellow and President of the Nittany Lion Fund, LLC. With expertise in investing and capital markets, he has published numerous books and articles including the popular stock valuation book, The StreetSmart Guide to Valuing a Stock. His research has been highlighted extensively in the financial media. |

Dr. Abdullah Yavas William Elliott Professor of Business Administration Insurance and Real Estate Department Yavas has expertise in financial contracting, the economics of uncertainty, and experimental economics. He has served as an advisor to Turkey’s Secretary of Treasury as that nation works to establish a mortgage system for its citizens. |
