With your acceptance into Smeal, we immediately begin the career development process by reviewing and evaluating your resume and noting how it can be further improved. Career exploration and planning begin over the summer prior to your official entry into the program and intensify at orientation, with activities to help you understand the types of challenges you will face in the highly competitive MBA employment marketplace.
