The Career Services Team maintains and manages relationships with a broad range of businesses and corporations. As part of this effort, your resume is made available to these organizations in several ways.

On-line Resume Book

This provides recruiters with 24/7 access to student resumes with the ability to sort and search on a variety of criteria.

Resume CD Distribution

Distribution of your resume to over 300 corporations and businesses that have identified themselves as looking to hire Penn State MBA graduates.

InterviewTrak

Job postings and recruiting activities for the Program are managed using InterviewTrak. As a Penn State Smeal MBA, you will have access to these job postings, submit your resume for them, and schedule your interviews using MonsterTrak directly from your personal computer.

This is a service of Penn State's Division of Student Affairs, providing a variety of career assistance and guidance tools. This organization also runs university-wide career fairs in which MBA students can participate.

Foreign national MBAs and IT/Engineering students from all regions of the world meet and interview with the world's leading multinationals.

National Black MBA Conference

National Black MBA Association is a business organization that leads in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for the African American community.

The society's vision is to be the premier Hispanic MBA professional business network for economic and philanthropic advancement. It fosters Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development, in order to improve society.
