Admissions
The admissions process of the Smeal College of Business MBA program is outlined.
Admissions
We look for candidates with not only strong academic and professional backgrounds, but also excellent capacity and potential for leadership growth. As very few candidates are equally strong in all areas, we try to identify how a candidate can offset weaknesses with strengths in other areas. Finally, we look for candidates who embody the Penn State spirit - a strong ethic of teamwork and integrity, and who are enthused about becoming part of the Penn State Smeal MBA community.
Application Process
Your application process will include an online application including resume, three essays, two recommendations, transcripts, GMAT and English language exams, a required invitational interview via webcam, phone, or in-person.
