Penn State Tuition

Information on Penn State tuition and fees is available online, and includes a calculator to determine a tuition estimate for you.

Room and Board

This site explains the different types of housing and food service plans available to you at Penn State along with costs.

Financial Aid

The Office of Student Aid handles all student loans, grants, scholarships, and aid available to Penn State students. To be eligible for student aid you should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or the FAFSA form before February 15 each year. Some forms of aid will no longer be available to those who apply after February 15.

Scholarships

Thanks to generous Penn State alumni and friends, the Smeal College is able to award scholarships to hundreds of students every year. These include need and merit-based scholarships. To be considered for a scholarship, completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form is required.
