Research

Management and Organization faculty are world-class researchers in a variety of management areas. In two recent studies, Smeal's Department of Management and Organization was ranked among the most productive in the world.

Two research centers are based in the department: Center for the Management of Technological and Organizational Change and Center for Research in Conflict and Negotiation.

The department also houses the G. Albert Shoemaker Program in Business Ethics. The editors of two prominent academic journals are Management and Organization faculty members.
