Information for Current One-Year MAcc Program Students
Student Aid Presentation
On April 18, 2012, Paul Simenson, Senior Manager for Administrative and Constituent Services in the Office of Student Aid, presented to the One-Year MAcc students regarding obtaining aid/funding for the Program. This presentation was recorded and the audio and handout can be found below.
Registration Information
The Accounting Department will register MAcc students for their required accounting courses. Students will not be able to register themselves in the "MAcc designated" sections as those courses/sections have controls restricting all students.
Please contact Lara Jackson regarding your MAcc classes.
Academic Advising
Dr. Scott Collins, Director of the One-Year Master of Accounting Program, is the academic adviser to all One-Year MAcc students.
You should contact Dr. Collins or Lara Jackson to schedule any advising appointments.
Recruiting Information
Students in the One-Year MAcc Program are required to complete an internship during the spring semester of the Program. In order to obtain an internship, students are strongly encouraged to attend all events on campus where accounting firms will be present.
