Integrated MAcc Program

Coursework for the Integrated MAcc Program begins in the fall semester of the junior year. Graduation occurs after the fifth year with students earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting simultaneously.

Penn State students in the Smeal College of Business or the Division of Undergraduate Studies who intend to enroll in the accounting major can apply to the Integrated MAcc Program early in the spring semester of the sophomore year when all Smeal sophomores select a major.

Coursework for the Integrated MAcc Program begins in the fall semester of the junior year. Graduation occurs after the fifth year with students earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting simultaneously.

The 120-credit-hour bachelor’s degree in accounting remains as an option for students who do not wish to pursue the CPA designation immediately after graduation.

Note: Students who have already completed their undergraduate degree or whose undergraduate degree is nearly completed should look to the One-Year MAcc Program.
