Jeneanne M. Rae was recognized by BusinessWeek as “one of the Magnificent Seven gurus of innovation” and “the doyenne of service innovation.” The seven-year IDEO veteran and Harvard MBA has formed a new firm, Peer Insight, focused exclusively on service innovation, and will share the dramatic conclusions of the firm’s two-year study of service innovation. During 2004-06, Peer Insight interviewed over 500 senior service innovators from nearly fifty Fortune 500 companies.

revenue streams and profitable growth. Jeneanne possesses a unique
ability to help business leaders grasp a philosophical understanding of
how to drive innovation and foster design-based thinking.
Ever the teacher, Jeneanne shares her wisdom with young business
disciples at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business,
where she is an adjunct professor of marketing in the MBA Program. Her
course on New Product and Service Development is one of the few MBA
classes in the country that teaches design methods and thinking to
business students.
