New Offering Realization Consortium--Tools, Techniques, and Process for Getting Good Ideas and Moving Them Along at the Front End of B2B Innovation

Our consortium is a "community of learning and practice" for professionals charged with or connected directly to the process of new offering realization for their firm or business unit.

FORMAT

A highly interactive, discussion-based meeting with a lot of sharing and learning.

In the morning, we will be hearing from thought leaders in interactive discussion on the science and art of identifying and bringing great ideas into the front end of the process. We'll be looking at a range of applications, approaches, plusses, pitfalls, and working examples.

Later in the day, we will be learning from practitioner experience -- what has worked and what hasn't in getting and qualifying ideas in a B2B Company.

Interactive discussion will be encouraged --and beyond that -- participants will be asked to note questions, problems in need of a solution/better solution on post-it notes during the interactive presentations. These will be collected and categorized and used to frame working roundtable discussions in the afternoon.
