The ISBM, working in concert with the research consultancy Innovation Focus, and spurred with thinking from an innovative firm right nearby—New Pig—is proud to be hosting the next meeting of our New Offering Development Consortium.
If you manage/own/or participate in the process by which new offerings are created at your firm—or influence that process in some way—or are looking to make it better—this meeting is for you!
We've assembled thought leaders, researchers, and practitioners in a highly interactive working agenda to help you gain insight on how to gain customer insight. The foundation of all innovation is a better understanding of real needs, outcomes with impact, opportunities that customers can't always articulate. A key focus for business marketers forward—as verified in the ISBM trends study—is building better tools and techniques for understanding real customer needs.
We're being challenged to drive growth for our firms—The timing is right.
Hear from thought leaders including:
- Dr. Abbie Griffin, University of Utah—inventor of the voice of the customer concept and process, spearheading the leading edge of research in this area.
- Dr. Christopher Miller, founder of Innovation Focus, and past President of the Product Development Management Association.
