Immediately following our ISBM/CBIM Joint Conference —February 7-8, at the Renaissance Concourse Hotel in Atlanta.

The full agenda for the Consortium Meeting is shown below, but key highlights include:

  • A powerful "before and after" case history by Brian Berg from Timken. Brian has lead a very aggressive "marketing journey" for Timken Bearings, and has now completed the second round of his Marketing Excellence Survey. Brian will be sharing some insights on the approach he's taken, and the "before and after" results he's been able to measure as a result of his program. Don't miss this one!
  • As always—highlights of new products that we're considering or becoming available, including an exciting new course on: "Driving Customer Growth"—in planning from Dr. Fred Wiersema, as well as a marketing certificate program—with advanced courses—being proposed by Roger Best.
  • And as usual—plenty of time for roundtable discussion, networking, benchmarking.

This is an important meeting of our "community of learning and practice." ISBM meetings are a great place to build your personal and professional network. We hope that you are able to attend both meetings.
