The ISBM provides financial support for up to five Ph.D. dissertations for candidates in accredited doctoral programs. The 1998 individual award winners of these dissertation funds are presented.

1998 Doctoral Support Award Winners

The winners in the eighth annual ISBM Business Marketing Doctoral Support Award Competition are listed below.

Joseph M. Bonner of the University of Minnesota, "Customer Involvement in Business-to-Business New Product Development: Interaction Intensity and Customer Network Issues."

Min Ding of the University of Pennsylvania, "Market Potential Assessment and Optimal Resource Allocation for Really New Products."

Alan J. Malter of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, "Dynamic Marketing Decision Making: Process Thinking Skill and Managerial Effectiveness."

Detelina Marinova of the University of Cincinnati, "Circulation and Diffusion of Knowledge and the Dynamics of Innovation Generation."

Raji Srinivasan of Penn State, "Organizational Adoption of Disruptive Radical Process Innovations: The Case of Electronic Commerce in Business-to-Business Markets."
