Special Instructions for the ISBM Doctoral Competition Electronic Submissions-2008

For the ISBM Doctoral Competition, electronic submissions must follow the following rules.

1. Preferred file format is Microsoft Word, but PDF and RTF are acceptable.
2. Exhibits may be submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint.
3. Follow the following system for naming all files submitted as attachments

Filename for Proposal: DC08-Yourlastname.doc
Filename for your Vita: DC08-Yourlastname-CV.doc
Filename for your Advisor: DC08-Yourlastname-ADV-CV.doc
If co-advisors, name them ADV1, etc.

Any other documents submitted electronically should be named in the same manner:
DC08-Yourlastname-description.doc

Any e-mails relating to the competition should have the following in the subject line: ISBM 2008 Competition. Entries should be sent to LNicolini@psu.edu
