Key Account and Sales Management Consortium
Still in its formative stage, the Key Account and Sales Management Consortium will bring together professionals focused on managing key relationships between customers and suppliers in business markets. National account programs, approaches to alliances and customer relationship management, CRM tools and techniques; as well as sales force structuring, organization, compensation, and other issues will be discussed.
This consortium is being formed by Dr. Wesley Johnson and Dr. James Boles of Georgia State University, both recognized as world-leaders in business-to-business key account and sales management.
