The Smeal Executive MBA Program in
Philadelphia is partnering with the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce for
a program created specifically for senior executives in the Greater Philadelphia
region to sample the Smeal Executive MBA experience.
Smeal professor Al
Vicere, consultant to companies like 3M, Brystol-Myers Squibb, Cisco Systems,
and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, will share some of the of the leadership
development strategies and tactics of these and other Fortune 500 companies with
which he's worked.
Vicere will then join an interactive panel discussion
on developing leadership qualities led by Smeal Dean James Thomas. The panel
will also include Penn State alumni Victoria Green, senior consultant with the
Hay Group, and Matthew Schuyler, Capital One's executive vice president and
chief human resources officer.
