MBA Managing Director
Keenan is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational leadership of the Penn State Smeal Executive MBA Program. Based in Philadelphia, her role comprises admissions and outreach, industry and corporate connections, student services, and alumni engagement. Prior to joining the Smeal College of Business, Keenan worked in higher education managing graduate degree programs and marketing and admissions at the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, and INSEAD.
MBA and EMBA Faculty Director
Sheehan is the Virginia and Louis Benzak Professor of Finance at the Smeal College of Business. He joined Smeal in 1992 having previously taught at Purdue University, the University of Chicago, and the University of Rochester. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkley. His research is focused on finance and statistics and has been published in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, and featured in The Wall Street Journal.
Cohen is involved in Smeal EMBA marketing, recruitment, and admissions activities, as well as program administration. Her background is in non-profit organization management, with experience ranging from coordinating programs for an international women's service organization to her work with a downtown business district encompassing business development, public relations, event planning, and grant and program management. Cohen is part of the Philadelphia-based Smeal EMBA Program team.
Based at the University Park campus, Banerjee serves as a faculty liaison while helping coordinate class weekends and events. She handles student billing and acts as an adviser and advocate for students in financial aid and other tuition-related matters. Before joining the EMBA team, Banerjee was the associate director of admissions at Juniata College.
Stofferahn guides Smeal EMBA candidates through the application and admissions process and handles all initial inquiries from prospective students. She also assists with marketing efforts, helping to coordinate marketing campaigns, recruitment events, and class visits. Stofferahn is based on the University Park campus and travels to Philadelphia for class weekends.
