Second-year courses focus on executive leadership, building on knowledge gained in first year courses and leveraging each student’s professional experience. Students continue to work on projects as members of teams and also on individual deliverables. Deep working relationships flourish as students and professors work side by side on real business challenges.
Topics are aimed at developing the skills which are critical to the success of a senior leader. Core courses include strategy implementation and change management, entrepreneurship, and a global immersion experience. Elective courses are also chosen as a cohort and represent offerings in strategy, marketing, and finance geared to the interests of the class.
