A Framework to Foster Diversity at Penn State, 2010-2015
Penn State has long demonstrated a commitment to diversity and equity that is deeply rooted in both our historic mission and our philosophy of higher education. This document launches the next phase of Penn State's strategic planning process for diversity. It builds on the progress achieved under the guidance of its predecessor, A Framework to Foster Diversity at Penn State: 2004-2009, by advancing diversity as an essential component in Penn State's quest for greater excellence, and increasing the synergies between diversity initiatives and the other goals set forth in the University's strategic plan.
