Fall 2013 Supply Chain Career Fair General Information

September 24, 2013 (exclusive to Center for Supply Chain Research (CSCR) Corporate Sponsors and Smeal Corporate Associates)

September 25 - 26, 2013 (CSCR Corporate Sponsors and open registration)

• 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM    Recruiter Arrival and Set up

• 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM    Career Fair

• 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM      Tear down

Unloading and loading of booth displays at the Business Building entrance on the corner of Park Avenue and Shortlidge Road, with public parking in the East Parking Deck on Bigler Road (see map). Parking is $1.00 hourly rate and is cash only.  No credit cards are accepted at parking garage.  Tickets will not be validated.

Registration Information

Registration fee:

• Complimentary registration for CSCR Corporate Sponsors for participation all three days of the event, September 24th through September 26th

• If you are not a CSCR sponsor, $550 registration fee for one day, September 25th or 26th only

Registration includes:

• Assistance unloading, set up and tear down
• 6 foot table and chairs
• Tablecloth
• Complimentary lunch and refreshments
• Interview rooms limited to availability

Shipping Information for Material/Displays

• Boxes must be labeled with company name
• Indicate number of boxes sent (e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.)
• If using a third party provider, instruct them to include your company name and number of boxes.
• YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING AND LABELING ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS.  You must provide your own completed return shipment labels. Arrangements will be made for pick up at the Business Building.
