• In 2006 a survey (.pdf 360Kb) of higher education procurement practices was conducted through a collaborative partnership between the IBM Center for The Business of Government, the IBM Public Sector Procurement Consulting Practice, SciQuest, and the Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research.  The study, “Benchmarking Procurement Practices in Higher Education,” (.pdf 1,364Kb) highlights trends in procurement practices and assesses leading or best practices employed by the participating schools.
