Sales and Operations Planning Benchmarking Consortium

The sales and operations planning (S&OP) process facilitates internal and inter-company collaboration to balance supply and demand within an organization. The Center for Supply Chain Research's S&OP Benchmark group networks with industry leaders and academics to develop a proactive approach to S&OP. Meeting platforms focus on proven "best practices" in demand and supply planning, forecasting, collaboration, and processes.

Benefits of membership include a Knowledge Management System (Preview)  area designed for easy access to current trends in sales and operations planning. Members can review topics of interest, view previous meeting presentations, and use the site as a training tool to introduce new team members to sales and operations planning. The companies listed below have contributed to the knowledge management system through benchmarking discussions, group break out sessions, and presentations.
