STANDARD REGISTRATION: $300 per table (provides items below)
GOLD SPONSOR: $600 (Standard Registration + ½ page ad)
PLATINUM SPONSOR: $1000 (Standard Registration + full page ad + extra table)
LARGER CONTRIBUTORS: also receive advanced access to Resume Booklets, additional recruiting assistance from faculty, article on your firm in the Club’s newsletter, and opportunity to participate in our Speaker Series.

Risk Management / Actuarial Science Career Fair Registration includes:

Ability to post position announcements before the fair (strongly encouraged)
Meet Actuarial Science students within the Smeal, College of Business Risk Management major & the Eberly, College of Science Math & Statistics majors
Your company Logo and information on vacancies in the evening’s program (see last year’s program here)
Food and water provided throughout the evening
6ft table and chairs
Interview space (must be requested in advance via online registration form)
Classrooms for an Information Session during the Career Fair week (must be requested in advance via online registration form)

Schedule:

Set up: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Company displays will be ready in the Atrium when you arrive

Career Fair: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Open floor for meeting students

Teardown: 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Removal of displays
Assistance will be provided

If you would like to send your materials to us prior to the event, please mail them to arrive after September 17th:

*Please make sure your boxes are labeled with your company name and include the number of boxes sent (i.e. “1 of 3”). It is also important that you let us know you have sent your materials, so we can verify we received them. Please email Jess Burd at jlb5055@psu.edu to verify that your materials have been received. Please send them to arrive after September 17, 2012. Your materials will be ready for you on your table in the Business Building Atrium the day of the event.

For Return Shipment: Please provide your own shipping labels for the return shipment. We will arrange for the pickup, but you are responsible for preparing and packing the boxes.

Event Parking:

You may use the parking garage (East Deck) near the Business Building. There is a $1.00 hourly rate.

Accommodations and Travel:

If you are flying, the local airport is called the “University Park Airport,” also referred to as the State College Airport. The airport code is SCE. US Airways, United, and Delta fly into State College. Another option is the fly in to the Harrisburg airport, code MDT. Harrisburg is a 2 hour drive from State College.
