Undergraduate Recruiting

With more than 5,000 students, the Smeal College of Business Undergraduate Program offers a deep reservoir of well-trained talent to fit your company’s hiring needs. We strive to make the process valuable and easy.

Our Office of Career and Corporate Connections manages the Smeal Internship and Co-op Program. For other job types, such as full-time placement, please reach out to the appropriate point of contact.

Even if you are not planning to interview on campus, you can still recruit for internships and co-ops at Smeal. You will be able to post job descriptions, view/print resumes submitted by interested students, pre-select students you would like to interview, and view/print your interview schedules. To register your company, post an internship, or request an on-campus date of visit, please log into our online recruitment system, SmealConnect.  If you have any questions or specific needs, please contact , Assistant Director for Corporate Relations.  If you are interested in partnering with Smeal and University on a higher strategic level beyond your day to day recruiting needs, please contact , Director of Corporate Engagement.
