What key performance indicators (KPIs) are companies collecting and reporting annually for investors and NGOs?  Non-financial measures, e.g. carbon emissions, recycled waste, workplace safety, talent development, diversity, are proliferating as stakeholders and their interest in corporate sustainability increase.

We will explore:

  • What non-financial measures to collect?
  • What measurement challenges exist?
  • How do non-financial measures impact financial ones?
  • How do non-financial measures relate to corporate performance and competitive strategy?

Please share 75 minutes with two senior managers -- Kevin McKnight, Director of EHS and Sustainability at Alcoa and John Disharoon, Vice President of Industry Relations at Caterpillar - Global Mining, who are from companies that are outstanding members of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.  You will find this time to be highly informative and rewarding.
