Gerald I. Susman is director of CMTOC and co-director of the Quality and Manufacturing Management Program . He is Robert and Judith Klein Professor of Management in The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. He has extensive experience writing about and consulting with companies that are undergoing organizational and technological change.
