Penn State Smeal Center for Global Business Studies Conference:
"Workforce of the Future"  was held October 12-13, 2005.

The conference focused on the changing workforce and the ramifications these changes will have on global companies. We looked at how the aging population around the world will affect different industries. Where the markets are? Will jobs exist for the older populations? What do companies need to know in order to adapt and expand globally?
