Smeal Board Sponsorship Award
The Smeal Board Sponsorship Award honors an outstanding Smeal graduating senior with demonstrated leadership and outstanding scholarship.
2012 Award Recipient: Paul Lerew, '12 Master of Accounting
Lerew will graduate with a master’s degree in accounting, a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting, an unofficial bachelor’s of science degree in supply chain management, and minors in the legal environment of business and supply chain and information sciences and technology. During his academic career, Lerew founded and was president of the MAcc Program Student Association. He has also served the past four years as the webmaster for the Accounting Society. In 2010, Lerew was awarded the University Park Undergraduate Association Academic Leadership Award and the Student Leader Scholarship. In October, he will begin work as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting within the firm’s Strategy & Operations, Supply Chain Operations Practice.
