Philip Sieg, ’82, is the Head of Ultra High Net Worth Client Segment & Solutions.  As Managing Director leading UHNW Client Solutions, Phil is committed to delivering the intellectual capital and resources to our largest client relationships.

Prior to this, Phil was the Managing Director of the Short Hills, New Jersey Complex, which included the Short Hills, Westfield, Metro Park, Newark, Jersey City and Summit offices. Phil was also Managing Director and Head of Global Leadership, Training and Business Development. In this position, Phil was responsible for overseeing leadership and development training for field and home office business units.  Additionally, Phil led Business Development for the Client Relationship Group.

Phil joined the firm in 1982 as a financial advisor in the State College office, and later became the resident director in that office. In 1997, Phil became District Sales Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1998, Phil was named Director of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office and in 1999 was named Director of the Tulsa, Oklahoma office. In 2000, he was appointed Managing Director in the World Financial Center Complex and in 2002 moved to the International Private Client Group. He became head of the GPC Strategic Leadership & Development Group in 2004.  In this position, Phil was responsible for the firm’s Business Development Group, Global Producer Training, Practice Management Consultant Group, CA/Service & Admin Managers, and Leadership Development.

Phil is a graduate of Penn State and lives with his wife and four children in New Jersey.
