Mark Schweiker is President of PRWT’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) unit. BPS provides services to the public and commercial sectors in large-scale document processing, payment processing, mailroom services, lockbox, scanning and imaging, walk-in and call-center based customer services, and toll collection throughout the country. The former President & CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Schweiker led a business advocacy organization of more than 5,000 member companies/ organizations which delivered impressive results on its goals to promote growth and economic development in an 11-county region, advocate for sound public policy, and enhance its strong member services and programs. Prior to joining PRWT Services, Inc. and the Chamber, Mark served as the 44th Governor of Pennsylvania — the only governor in the nation to hold the position as a direct result of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States — and enjoyed a relatively short tenure that was long on accomplishment. He was first elected to public office in 1979 as Middletown Township Supervisor, and in 1987 was elected Bucks County Commissioner.
Mr. Schweiker serves as a member of the BioAdvance Board of Directors as well as Co-Chairperson for the Network of Victim Assistance “Voices Against Violence” fundraising campaign. He also serves on the Penn State University Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors. Mr. Schweiker holds a B.S. from Bloomsburg University (PA) and an M.A. in management from Rider University (NJ).
